A Culture of Safety, Excellence, and Sustainability

Operational safety is at the heart of our priorities.

Amelia is constantly committed to ensuring the highest degree of safety in air operations to protect its clients and crews—while preserving the integrity of our aircraft.

Amelia complies with applicable air safety regulations in all aspects of its business. Strict procedures covering maintenance, continuous personnel training, flight planning, risk management, and aircraft monitoring are applied.

Furthermore, Amelia is engaged in a comprehensive approach to continuously improve flight safety. To this end, Amelia cooperates with other operators, authorities, and international organizations.

Inclusion, Parity, Diversity

Amelia is a rapidly growing group founded on human values of proximity and inclusivity.

As such, we recruit based on experience, ambition, and commitment to our values. Our international activities lead us to seek highly diverse profiles open to international experiences outside of France—or the willingness to take on missions abroad.

Gender balance, internal mobility, and training are cornerstones of our HR practices, which continue to evolve and grow richer over the years.

Management of Regulatory Aspects

Amelia is organized around 2 Air Operator Certificates (AOCs):

– One French (Regourd Aviation / code AIA)

– The other Slovenian (Aero4M / code AEH)

A third AOC has recently been established (Amelia Executive) in Austria.

In parallel, an equivalent system is in place for approved maintenance organization licenses. Regular audits validate the conformity of operations and processes for all entities within the Group. As such, regular external audits enable Regourd Aviation and Amelia International (Aero4M) to hold IOSA approvals.

Cross-Functional Departments:
  • Commercial: Sales of wet lease services (ACMI), charter flights, Executive services, and medical evacuation (MedEvac).

  • Finance: Accounting and controlling support.

  • HR: Monitoring of HR policy, recruitment, training.

  • DSI/IT: Information Technology (IT), cybersecurity, and applications.

  • Other (CSR, Purchasing, Communication)

  • Operations: Crew planning, Operations Control Center (OCC).

  • Fleet and Compliance: Design office, Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM).

  • Flight Crew: Pilots and Cabin Crew (CC).

  • Maintenance and Engineering: Fleet monitoring, management of maintenance events, and aircraft maintenance operations.
